Property Hub uses only the cookies it needs to work. When you sign in, our sign-in provider (Clerk) stores a session cookie so you stay signed in. These are strictly necessary — without them you could not use the app — so they are always on.

We measure page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not follow you across other sites. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes (for example if we show ads to free users), we will ask for your consent first.

What we collect

The details you give us to run your rentals: your name, email and phone number, the properties, leases, rent and deposit records, utility bills, maintenance tickets, and the documents and photos you upload. We use them only to provide the service and to contact you about it.

Where your data is kept

Your data is stored with our service providers (hosting, database, file storage and sign-in), whose servers are mainly in the United States. If you use Property Hub from another country, your data is transferred there. Uploaded documents are kept private and are visible only to the people with access to that property.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time, or ask any privacy question, by emailing contactus@starintra.com.
